About HRD Corp
The Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) is a government agency under the Ministry of Human Resources through the Human Resources Development Berhad Act, 2001.
HRD Corp is responsible for driving Malaysia's talent development aspirations through the collection of levy from employers and the funding of training and development programs for the Malaysian workforce.
HRD Corp on all around development of the employees by developing skills, attitude and knowledge about the organisation. The objective is to help the employees to be competent.
HRD Corp Claimable courses are accredited to assist employers in retraining and upskilling employees in line with their operational and business requirements.

How to Apply

Develop Training Plan: Create a detailed training plan that includes:

Expected outcomes
Budget and timeline
Submit Plan for Approval: Submit your training plan to HRDF for review and approval.
Implement Training: Conduct the approved training programs as per the plan.
Submit Claim for Reimbursement: Upon successful completion of the training, submit a reimbursement claim to HRD Corp along with supporting documents (invoices, attendance sheets, etc.).
The reimbursement available from the HRD Corp is contingent upon several factors, including the nature of the training program, the number of trainees involved, and the total allowable expenditures. A comprehensive breakdown of the reimbursable amount will be provided by HRD Corp upon assessment of the submitted documentation.

2. Click on "Applications" and then select "Grant."
3. Click on "Apply Grant" on the left side under Applications.
