He boasts over 25 years of industry experience, spanning roles in sales management, business development, recruitment, and training. His passion for developing others has driven him to become a certified trainer. With a career in the insurance industry that extends over 23 years, Gordon has a comprehensive understanding of the sector, from grassroots agent to leadership positions. He has excelled in sales agency training and development, product marketing, and general insurance, including Takaful. His extensive knowledge and achievements have made him a respected Consultant Trainer, Subject Matter Expert for the Asian Institute of Insurance, and a sought-after public speaker.
Eli is a passionate AI expert with over 12 years of experience in crafting secure and innovative solutions. Their self-taught developer background has equipped them with a deep understanding of technology, enabling them to translate complex ideas into practical applications. Previously, Eli successfully led a startup, demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit and ability to turn vision into reality. With a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, Eli ensures that AI systems are built with the highest standards of security and privacy. Professor Dr. Daniel Steve Villarreal is a distinguished language expert with over 40 years of experience in teaching, translation, and interpretation. He possesses a diverse background and a profound understanding of languages and cultures. Dr. Villarreal holds a BA in Modern Languages and a Ph.D. in Foreign Language Education. Since 2006, he has been teaching English and Spanish in Taiwan and holds an Assistant Professor License from the Taiwanese Ministry of Education. Dr. Villarreal has taught students of all ages in Texas, California, Taiwan, China, Korea, and Vietnam, both online and face-to-face. He is a Licensed Court Interpreter in Texas and a retired court interpreter for Bexar County, San Antonio, Texas, where he supported the justice system with his Spanish language skills. His extensive work in the legal field is complemented by his service as a US Army officer, where he utilised his Spanish language skills in leadership roles and operational missions.
